1. How do I select a bra suited to my figure?

Follow the tips below to find the right size for yourself

1. Measure the circumference of your body below your breast (No. 1 in the photo)

2. Measure your bust circumference at its most convex (No. 2 in the photo)

3. The difference between the circumference at its most convex and the circumference just below your breast will produce your cup size, e.g. (Bust circumference - Circumference below the breast = cup size) 95 – 80 – 15cm, i.e. cup B. The same calculation in inches: 38 – 32 – 6 inches, i.e. cup B.

4. Use the circumference below your breast and your cup size to arrive at your bra size. Use the Carefix size table to find your size. For instance, if the circumference below your breast is 80cm/ 32 inches and the cup size is C, you need size M.

10 – 12cm/ 4 – 4.7 inches = cup AA

12 – 14cm/ 4.7 – 5.5 inches = cup A

14 – 16cm/ 5.5 – 6.3 inches = cup B

16 – 18cm/ 6.3 – 7.1 inches = cup C

18 – 20cm/ 7.1 – 7.9 inches = cup D

20 – 22cm/ 7.9 – 8.7 inches = cup E

22 – 24cm/ 8.7 – 9.4 inches = cup F

* NOTE

Due to possible swelling and oedema following your surgery, you will probably need to choose a bra 1-2 sizes larger than your standard. Select a smaller size for more pressure and larger size for less pressure. Important: always measure your sizes when choosing a bra.

1. How long am I going to wait for my order?

The total lead time (including delivery) is 2-5 working days if a product is in stock. Otherwise you need to contact our shop. 

2. Can I cancel my order?

We understand mistakes do happen. If you want to cancel your order, email us at kontakt@chirurgiaplastyczna.pl, possibly within an hour of ordering, and we’ll do our best to help you. Cancellation is not guaranteed. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been sent.

3. I’ve got a question about my order. Who can I contact?

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. What’s your policy of returns and complaints?

If you’re a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a remote agreement as a matter of principle. You can do it by submitting a statement of withdrawal, e.g. by sending an e-mail at kontakt@chirurgiaplastyczna.pl. You can withdraw from an agreement within 14 days.

2. How does it take you to handle a complaint?
Your complaint will be dealt with (answered) within 14 days after you submit it.

3.How do I return an item?

You should return an item to the address: ul. Aleja Gen. Józefa Hallera 223/1, 80-502 Gdańsk  as soon as possible, though not later than within 14 days after you withdraw from your agreement. You can withdraw within 14 days.
