Withdrawal from an agreement

 

If you’re a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a remote agreement as a matter of principle.

You can do it by submitting a statement of withdrawal, e.g. by sending an e-mail at kontakt@chirurgiaplastyczna.pl.

Return an item to: ul. Aleja Gen. Józefa Hallera 223/1, 80-502 Gdańsk promptly, though not later than within 14 days of withdrawing from your agreement. You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.

The fourteen-day term for the withdrawal begins:

  • Where we issue an item and shall transfer its ownership - once you or a third party you name, other than the carrier, take possession of such an item,
  • For digital content, from the date of agreement.

To meet the deadline, it’s enough to submit a statement in advance.

We shall refund your payments, including for deliveries made in accordance with our rules and regulations, promptly, though not later than within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal.

We can delay refund of your payments until we receive a returned item or your proof of its return, whichever is the earlier.

Keep in mind the right to withdraw from a remote agreement is not available to consumers with reference to an agreement:

  • Where an item that is not prefabricated, which is made to a consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy their individual requirements is the object of performances,
  • Where a quickly obsoleting item or an item with a short shelf life is the object of performances,
  • Where an item delivered in a sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening due to healthcare or hygienic considerations is the object of performances,
  • Where sound or video records, or software delivered in a sealed packaging opened on delivery is the object of performances,
  • To deliver digital contents which are not recorded on material media if a performance begins to be realised with a consumer’s express consent before the end of the term for withdrawal from the agreement and upon notification by the entrepreneur of the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.

Complaints

If any goods you buy from us prove faulty, you have the right to complaint and warranty. A complaint is best emailed to: kontakt@chirurgiaplastyczna.pl or posted to: ul. Aleja Gen. Józefa Hallera 223/1, 80-502 Gdańsk 

The goods subject to a complaint should be sent to: ul. Aleja Gen. Józefa Hallera 223/1, 80-502 Gdańsk 

In connection with a fault, you can demand:

  • Replacement with an item free from faults,
  • Repair of a fault,

or submit a statement of:

  • Price reduction,
  • Withdrawal from your agreement – in case of a crucial fault.

We are liable for any faults found within two years of the issuance of an item.

As a matter of principle, a complaint can be submitted within a year of its finding, though the time for complaints cannot end before the end of the seller’s liability.

Your complaint will be dealt with (answered) within 14 days after we receive your submission.
